SAINT PAUL — Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon made this statement following the passing of former Secretary of State Arlen Erdahl:
"Arlen Erdahl was a dedicated public servant of tremendous reach whose positive influence was felt for decades at the Office of Secretary of State. I had the pleasure of joining him for both public and private celebrations over the past few years. My condolences to the Erdahl family."
